No, he's not actually British... but his parents were so that's close enough. Actually, I'd always wanted to draw Reed in a pair of speedos with the British flag on them for no reason at all, except because they look hot. :P

Mitch: I don't know man, it looks pretty damn scary to me.

Mitch: See, that's why they call those things budgie smugglers, posing briefs, and dick stickers.

Reed: Dick stickers?

Mitch: Yeah, because you can't consider those things clothes! They're just like being naked and then slapping a sticker over your penis and walking out the door.
